From: LEYTE C (A7QA@UNB.CA) I am looking for information on bombs employed by aircraft of the former Warsaw Pact, particularly those of the Soviet Union. Also any bombs that may have been developed and deployed since then by the CIS. This included general purpose iron bombs, cluster bombs, FAE bombs, guided bombs, etc.
From: amraam@netcom.com (Robin J. Lee) Not complete by any stretch of the imagination, but something with which to start...numerical suffix generally indicates approximate weight in kg, for the aviation bombs (-ABs). (Source: World Naval Weapons Systems, 1994 Update)
